Pursuant to Article VII of the duly ratified Order of Diplomacy Constitution and Bylaws

Rule 231               As part of the missions of the Order of Diplomacy, the incumbent General Secretariat or any of the governing bodies may adopt any educational institution for three consecutive years and the fortunate adopted educational institution for three consecutive years shall have the following benefits:

1.        Kindergarten and Elementary Education Assistance Beneficiaries or (KEEAB) shall be the kind of education assistance in any form such as talents and skills development, servant leadership trainings, financial assistance, retreats, academic excellence, etc up to the time when the chosen KEEABs shall finish their Kindergarten studies. 

2.        High School Education Assistance Beneficiaries or HSEAB shall be the kind of education assistance in any form such as talents and skills development, servant leadership trainings, financial assistance, retreats, academic excellence, etc for qualified indigent high school students and the High School Assistance Beneficiaries or HSEAB shall be effective until the High School Education Assistance Beneficiaries or HSEAB shall finish high school or shall not be under ternimation due to violation of the Code of Conduct of the duly ratified Order of Diplomacy Constitution and Bylaws.

3.        College Education Assistance Beneficiaries or CEAB shall be the kind of education assistance in any form such as talents and skills development, servant leadership trainings, financial assistance, retreats, academic excellence, etc that shall be given to the qualified graduate of High School Education Assistance Beneficiaries or HSEAB who shall study college and to qualified Diplomats who shall study college. The College Education Assistance Beneficiaries or CEAB shall be effective until the College Education Assistance Beneficiaries or CEAB shall finish college or shall not be under ternimation due to violation of the Code of Conduct of the duly ratified Order of Diplomacy Constitution and Bylaws.

4.        Masters Degree Assistance Beneficiaries or MDAB  shall be the kind of education assistance in any form such as talents and skills development, servant leadership trainings, financial assistance, retreats, academic excellence, etc that shall be given to the qualified teachers from the schools of the Kindergarten and Elementary Education Assistance Beneficiaries or KEEAB, High School Education Assistance Beneficiaries or HSEAB and College Education Assistance Beneficiaries or CEAB. The Masters Degree Assistance Beneficiaries or MDAB shall be effective until the Masters Degree Assistance Beneficiaries or MDAE shall finish Masters or shall not be under ternimation due to violation of the Code of Conduct of the duly ratified Order of Diplomacy Constitution and Bylaws.

5.        Doctorate Degree Assistance Beneficiaries or DDAB shall be the kind of education assistance in any form such as talents and skills development, servant leadership trainings, financial assistance, retreats, academic excellence, etc that shall be given to the qualified Diplomats. The Doctorate Degree Assistance Beneficiaries or DDAB shall be effective until the Doctorate Degree Assistance Beneficiaries  or DDAB shall finish Doctorate  or shall not be under ternimation due to violation of the Code of Conduct of the duly ratified Order of Diplomacy Constitution and Bylaws.

 

Rule 232   The Beneficiary School or (BS) shall be the adopted school of the incumbent General Secretariat or of the Head Ambassador Founder or of the incumbent Master Unit governing bodies or of the incumbent Central Chapter governing bodies or of the incumbent Bond governing bodies or of the incumbent Linkage governing bodies. The Beneficiary School or BS shall  be at least the host venue of the annual Camp Baby Ara or Camp Orlando III. The Beneficiary School or BS shall be given with the following benefits by the incumbent General Secretariat or of the Head Ambassador Founder or of the incumbent Master Unit governing bodies or of the incumbent Central Chapter governing bodies or of the incumbent Bond governing bodies or of the incumbent Linkage governing bodies:  

1.        Kindergarten and Elementary Education Assistance Beneficiaries,

2.     High School Education Assistance Beneficiaries, 

3.     Unveiled Official Adoption Marker

4.     Ecumenical Oratory, 

5.     First Communion, Confirmation and even Catholic Baptism

6.     Sponsorships for Catholic beneficiaries,

7.     Education material donations,

8.     Free annual educational field trips,

9.     Free Social Graces and Personality Development Seminar – Workshops,

10.  Annual free retreat, monthly dialogue, income-generating missions

11.  School Administration, Faculty and Staff Development

12.  Feeding Program

13.  Free Website for no website schools

14.  Others

Rule 233   In case there shall be any form of opposition from the Beneficiary School, the incumbent Plenipotentiary – General shall have the sole right to transfer the benefits to another public school or private school provided that the public school or private school shall be host the annual Camp Baby Ara or Camp Orlando III.  

 

Rule 234   More than half of the entire incumbent General Secretariat shall have the sole rights to add another Beneficiary School or Beneficiary Schools and to finalize rules and regulations for the Qualified Beneficiary School or Qualified Beneficiary Schools.

 

Rule 235   All Kindergarten and Elementary Education Assistance Beneficiaries, High School Education Assistance Beneficiaries, College Education Assistance Beneficiaries, Masters Degree Assistance Beneficiaries and Doctorate Degree Assistance Beneficiaries shall become Diplomats or shall be qualified Diplomats .
